- Free delivery anywhere in Tenerife — your hotel, apartment, villa or a private address, north or south. You tell us the address at the payment step, and at the end we collect it from the same place or from any other address in Tenerife, free of charge.
- Meeting you at the airport? Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN), for €25 each way. You can also choose a different place for us to collect it at the end.
- Prefer to collect it yourself? You can, free of charge, from Av. de los Chincanayros 37, Icod de los Vinos. Choose that option at the payment step.

Ready when you arrive
We deliver free to your hotel, apartment, villa or private address anywhere in Tenerife — north or south — or meet you at Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN) airport for €25 each way (€25 for the handover, and €25 more if we also collect it there) so you have support from the moment you land. At the end of your hire we collect it from wherever you are staying, or from any other address you give us when you book. You can also collect it from us in Icod de los Vinos at no charge.

Rollator hire FAQs
Rollator or walker — which do I need?
A rollator rolls on four wheels with brakes and a seat — best outdoors and for longer walks. A lighter two-wheel walker like our Forta Kamaleón is better for shorter distances and indoor use. If in doubt, tell us how far you usually walk and we will advise.
Can I take it to the beach or on excursions?
Yes — it folds flat in seconds and weighs 6.9 kg, so it travels in any boot. The solid wheels handle boardwalks and paved paths well (soft sand is hard work for any rollator).
Will it be adjusted to my height?
Yes. At delivery we set the handles (82–88.5 cm) so your arms rest at the right angle, and we show you the brakes and folding until you are comfortable.
