Free delivery and collection across Tenerife
We bring your mobility equipment anywhere in Tenerife — hotel, apartment, villa or private address, north or south — and collect it again when your stay ends. Delivery is free across the whole island; the only surcharge is €25 for each airport trip (TFS or TFN). You can also collect it from us in Icod de los Vinos at no charge.

Our delivery area
We deliver and collect anywhere in Tenerife, free of charge — the whole island, not just the resorts. The only surcharge is €25 each way if you would rather we met you at an airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN), or collected the equipment there. These are the areas we serve most often:
Within Costa Adeje that includes Torviscas, Fañabé, El Duque and La Caleta. Those are simply where most of our bookings go — if you are staying anywhere else in Tenerife, book as normal. La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Icod de los Vinos, Garachico, Granadilla, El Médano, a rural house in the hills: delivery is free there too, at no extra charge and with no minimum. Just give us the address at checkout.
If you would rather not wait in, you can collect the equipment from us in Icod de los Vinos and hand it back the same way. That option is free as well; pick it at checkout and we agree a time with you, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
What happens on delivery day
We agree a time with you. After booking we confirm a delivery window that fits your arrival — including a handover at hotel reception if you would rather not wait in the room.
We check the equipment with you. Scooters and powerchairs arrive fully charged; we run through the controls, the brakes and the charger. Wheelchairs are adjusted for height, seat width and footrests. Nobody is handed a set of keys and left to work it out.
Larger equipment is assembled and set up. Hospital beds are brought into the room where they will be used, assembled, tested and demonstrated before we leave.

Equipment waiting when you land
Instead of waiting for delivery at your hotel, you can have your scooter or wheelchair handed over at either island airport — Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN) — on the same terms, for €25 each way. Give us your flight number when you book: we track the flight, so a delay is our problem, not yours.
Tenerife South sits about 20 kilometres from the southern resorts, roughly 20 to 25 minutes by road. Tenerife North is the one to choose if you are staying in Puerto de la Cruz — about 26 kilometres, some 20 minutes away. Folding scooters and wheelchairs fit easily into a transfer taxi or hire car. On the way home we meet you at the terminal before your flight and take the equipment back there, so you keep it right until check-in.
Larger items — hospital beds — go straight to your accommodation instead, and can be set up before you arrive if your hotel or villa manager gives us access.
Collection
We collect from wherever you choose when you book — the same place we delivered, a different hotel, apartment or address anywhere in Tenerife at no charge, or the airport on your way home for €25. Nothing to carry, no counter to queue at, no drop-off point to find on your last morning.
Beds are dismantled and removed by us. Scooters and wheelchairs are simply handed back. If your flight is early, we arrange collection the evening before or meet you at the terminal — whatever works for you.

Delivery and collection FAQs
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free delivery and free collection anywhere in Tenerife, the whole island. The only surcharge is €25 for each trip to either airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN): €25 for an airport delivery and another €25 for an airport collection. Outside of that there is no delivery charge, no distance charge and no fuel surcharge, wherever on the island you are staying.
Do I have to be there when you deliver?
For scooters, powerchairs and hospital beds we prefer to hand over in person so we can demonstrate the equipment. For simpler items we can leave them with hotel reception if that suits you better — just tell us when you book.
Can you set up a hospital bed before we arrive?
Yes, if your hotel or villa manager gives us access. We regularly coordinate directly with reception so the bed is assembled, tested and ready in the room before check-in.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number and we track it. We will be there when you actually land — you do not need to call us from the plane.
Do you deliver outside the southern resorts?
Yes — we cover the whole island. Puerto de la Cruz on the north coast is one of our busiest delivery areas, and we also deliver to La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Icod de los Vinos, Garachico, El Médano and anywhere else in Tenerife, all at no extra charge. The only surcharge on the whole site is €25 for each trip to an airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN). If you prefer, you can also collect from us in Icod de los Vinos for free.
