Areas we cover in Tenerife
We deliver free to any address on the island, north or south. These are the areas we serve most often — but if you are staying somewhere else in Tenerife, book as normal: delivery is free there too. Handover at either airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN), costs €25 each way, and you can always collect from us in Icod de los Vinos at no charge.

Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Tenerife, free of charge — hotel, apartment, villa or private address, north or south. Most of our deliveries go to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje and Puerto de la Cruz, but the whole island is covered at no extra cost. Either airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN), costs €25 each way, and collecting from us in Icod de los Vinos is free.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
It depends what you hire. Scooters, powerchairs and hospital beds carry a refundable deposit; rollators, walkers and manual wheelchairs need none. See our pricing page for details.
Can my equipment be ready when I land?
Yes. Choose airport delivery and we will have your mobility scooter or wheelchair waiting for you at Tenerife South Airport (TFS), and collect it there on the day you fly home.
Is the equipment cleaned between hires?
Always. Every item is safety-checked, fully charged and sanitised before each hire.
